Paying for your order

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Choose the option offered for your order and review the total, including any applicable delivery charge, before confirming.

Store prices are shown in Indian rupees (INR).

Cash on delivery (COD)

COD adds ₹150 to your order, plus applicable shipping. Enter your delivery address at checkout to check whether COD is available for your order.

Payment or order questions

If you see a debit but cannot find an order confirmation, check your inbox and spam folder, then contact hey@shenzation.co with the details of the issue. Please never send your full card number, PIN or payment password.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed according to our returns and refund policy, to the original payment method where applicable.
