1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship across India, except to locations that are considered unserviceable by our courier partners.


2. How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Express shipping orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days.


3. When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours on business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link through email, SMS, or WhatsApp.


5. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently only accept prepaid online orders to ensure a secure, smooth, and contactless checkout experience.


6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, Internet Banking, and digital Wallets.


7. Can I cancel my order?

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.

If you need assistance before shipment, please contact us as soon as possible.


8. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect product?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and product images.


9. How do returns and refunds work?

Eligible returns and refunds are processed according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.


10. Do you offer international shipping?

International shipping may be available for select orders depending on the destination and shipping feasibility.
