Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India, except to locations considered unserviceable by our courier partners.
All orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse in Vaikom, Kerala.
Shipping Charges
• Prepaid Orders Above ₹600 — Free Shipping
• Prepaid Orders Below ₹600 — ₹75 Shipping Fee
• Express Shipping — ₹120 (Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days)
Delivery Timelines
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.
Orders are usually dispatched within 24 working hours on business days.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email, SMS, or WhatsApp using the contact details provided during checkout.
Order Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
